reelport GmbH is has been providing B2B VOD solutions to the film industry since 2004. We began as Europe’s first short film festival submission platform and have since been providing custom VOD solutions for film festivals and film markets. Since 2016 we have been running B2C VOD platform for public libraries. A short summary of our three major products can be found below:

• Picturepipe - Leading custom-VOD service provider for the Film/TV industry. 

• AVA -  a video on demand service offering high-quality film content to public libraries.

What we need:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced product manager (f/m, full time) to join our Berlin or Leipzig offices:

 

Your tasks:

• Lead product vision, strategy, development and execution across all products at reelport GmbH

• Actively manage the product development process in close collaboration with our IT developers both with regard to the user-facing frontend as well as our backend

• Report bugs and errors to development teams based on ongoing product testing across devices and use cases

• Collect feedback from customers and team members to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of product and developing needs

• Coordinate the UI development with designers

• Develop and coordinate documentation maintenance

 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience as a product manager

• A degree in relevant subject area or proof of sufficient professional experience 

• Fluency in English, German a plus

• Being able to work under pressure

• Attention to detail

• Experience managing small teams
